Order Placement & Confirmation
Once you place an order on our website, you can choose Cash on Delivery (COD) or Prepaid payment options.
After your order is submitted, one of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm your order details, stock availability, and delivery information.

To finalize your order, the delivery fee must be paid in advance via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Once the delivery fee is received, your order will be officially confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

For COD orders, the product amount can be paid in cash to the delivery person upon receiving your order.

Shipping & Delivery Process
After confirmation, your order will be handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Delivery times typically range from:

• Inside Dhaka: 24 hours
• Outside Dhaka: 24-48 hours

You will receive an SMS or phone call from the delivery agent before your package arrives.

Inspection Upon Delivery
When your order arrives, please inspect the product in front of the delivery person before accepting it.
If you find any issues - such as wrong size, color, or product defect, you can refuse the delivery immediately without any additional cost.
