Order Confirmation & Payment
After placing your order, one of our representatives will contact you to confirm your order details. Payment for delivery charges must be made in advance via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer before your order is dispatched.
Delivery & Inspection
Our delivery partner will bring your order directly to your doorstep. You must inspect the product in front of the delivery person before accepting it. If you’re not satisfied with the product for any reason—wrong size, color, defect, or simply changed your mind—you can refuse the delivery on the spot at no additional cost.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase for:
- Products purchased online and delivered to you
- Products purchased directly from our physical store
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original tags and labels must be intact and attached
- You must present the original receipt or proof of purchase
- The product must show no visible signs of wear, use, or damage
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Products with removed or damaged tags/labels
- Items showing visible signs of use, wear, stains, or alterations
- Undergarments and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Custom or personalized orders
How to Exchange
For Online Orders: Visit our store at Shop 2 & 3, Level 2, Baghdad Shopping Complex, Mirpur 1, Dhaka within 7 days with:
- The product in its original condition
- Original packaging (if applicable)
- Receipt or order confirmation
For In-Store Purchases: Bring the item to our store within 7 days with the original receipt.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at +8801610-888829. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
Refund Policy
EMBOSS operates on an exchange-only policy. We do not offer cash refunds. However, if the exact item is not available for exchange, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase value, valid for 3 months.
Shipping Costs
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- For exchanges of defective or incorrect items, EMBOSS will cover return shipping
- For exchanges due to size, color preference, or other non-defect reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

- Each item can only be exchanged once
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
