2. Order Process & Confirmation

2.1 Order Placement

  • Orders can be placed through our website, phone, or at our physical store
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of order details
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

2.2 Order Confirmation

  • After placing an online order, one of our representatives will contact you via phone to confirm:
    • Product details (size, color, quantity)
    • -Delivery address
    • -Delivery charges
    • -Estimated delivery time
  • Your order is not confirmed until you receive verbal confirmation from our representative

2.3 Order Modification or Cancellation

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be refused upon delivery or exchanged within 7 days

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Product Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Delivery Charges: Must be paid in advance via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer before dispatch
  • Product Payment: Due upon delivery (Cash on Delivery) or can be paid in advance while confirming order.
  • Payment must be made in full before taking possession of the product

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Delivery Timeline

  • Inside Dhaka: 24 hours
  • Outside Dhaka: 24 – 48 hours
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances
  • EMBOSS is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control

4.2 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary by location
  • Exact charges will be communicated during order confirmation
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

4.3 Delivery Address

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information
  • EMBOSS is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information
  • Address changes after dispatch may incur additional charges

4.4 Delivery Inspection

  • Customers must inspect products in the presence of the delivery person
  • Products can be refused at the time of delivery for any reason at no additional cost
  • Once accepted and signed for, the product is considered received in good condition

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 At-Delivery Returns

  • Customers may refuse delivery upon inspection if not satisfied with the product
  • No additional charges apply for refused deliveries

5.2 Post-Delivery Exchanges

  • Exchanges accepted within 7 days of purchase or delivery
  • Products must be:
    • -Unused and unworn
    • -In original condition with all tags and labels intact
    • -Accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase

5.3 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items with removed, damaged, or missing tags
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Custom or personalized products

5.4 Exchange Process

  • Visit our store at Shop 2 & 3, Level 2, Baghdad Shopping Complex, Mirpur 1, Dhaka
  • Bring the product with original packaging and receipt
  • Exchanges subject to stock availability
  • Each item may only be exchanged once

5.5 Refund Policy

  • EMBOSS operates on an exchange-only policy
  • We do not offer cash refunds
  • Store credit may be issued if exact item is unavailable for exchange
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images
  • Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting
  • Product specifications are based on manufacturer information

6.2 Stock Availability

  • All products are subject to availability
  • If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you with alternatives or cancellation options

7. Quality & Defects

  • Please inspect the product for any defects in the presence of the delivery person
  • Defective products will be exchanged at no additional cost
  • EMBOSS covers return shipping for defective items

  • Be available to receive delivery calls and the shipment
